COVID-19

Please note that some orders may be delayed because trucking companies prioritize COVID-19 essentials, and staff has been downsized for security reasons. Your product will be dispatched as soon as possible and we will send you a confirmation email once it has been sent. We hope you understand, as this is something completely out of our control.

BILLING & PAYMENTS

Payments are accepted via PayPal, Apple Pay and credit or debit card. Accepted cards are Visa, Visa Electron, AMEX, Mastercardand Maestro. 

If you’re having trouble with payment, please ensure that you are using one of our accepted payment methods and that you have sufficient funds on your card.

As long as your package has not yet shipped, we may cancel your order and proceed with a full refund immediately using the same payment method used to make the purchase.

The earlier you contact us the better as our fulfillment process varies and some products can be dispatched within hours.

Please note that if you are unable to cancel your order, you will wait until you receive the item and go through the ordinary return process.

ORDERS & SHIPPING

We ship worldwide! Shipping costs will be added at checkout according to your shipping address.

Orders can take 10-20 business days to arrive, depending on the destination country.

All shipping times exclude clearance / customs delays.

Some countries may be subject to additional customs and import duties.

Our handling time takes around 3-5 business days (please expect slight delays in busy season). The packages are then delivered to our shipping partners.

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. You will then be able to track your order via the tracking link in the email or in the Track Your Order menu.

Please note that it may take a few days for the tracking to update after shipping.

All orders will be charged a flat fee of $ 4.99. We also run discounts and promotions throughout the year, so stay tuned for exclusive offers.

Please contact support@mifika.com as soon as possible. If your order hasn't already been processed, we will be able to change the address. In the event that the order has already been processed, unfortunately we will not be able to make any change on your address.

Please note that we are not responsible for orders not received due to incorrect shipping addresses or other data entered by the customer at the time of purchase. See our Orders & Shipping Policy for further details.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Shopping online can be a daunting task at times, but we assure you we will make things easy and clear. Our refund policy is valid for 14 days from the receipt of your product. Refund requests for orders received and delivered after 14 days will be politely declined.

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee on all products that are defective or damaged during shipping.

Depending on stock availability and following this order, they will be replaced and shipped again for the same product, exchanged for any other product in the store if it meets the customer's wishes or a full refund will be processed instead.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 14 days of receiving the products at support@mifika.com and our logistics team will provide you with additional steps to take.
